GIFT VOUCHER - GIFT CARD

Gift vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date of issue

It can be purchased directly in store or remotely by requesting it via email and using the same purchase methods as the online shop

The gift card can be used for purchases of any amount; if the credit is not sufficient, you just need to pay the difference, while if the credit is higher, it can be used in several transactions until it is exhausted.

The gift card does not give change, nor is it convertible into cash.
The gift card cannot be used to purchase other gift vouchers.

DEFINITIONS

Gestione SPA s.n.c. di Maria e Massimiliano is the owning company that sells online on the website www.spamarine.it or at the SpaMarine Terrazza Marconi wellness center and beauty farm.

Purchaser: is the buyer of the gift card, meaning the natural or legal person who makes the purchase

Beneficiary: is the recipient of the gift, meaning the natural person who receives the gift card in paper or digital format

CONTRACT FORMALIZATION

The gift card can be purchased directly at the spa, or online on the website www.spamarine.it.

The purchaser is issued a receipt for the purchase of the gift card.

The gift card or gift voucher is intended for the beneficiary and, always in their name, the credit is accounted as prepaid

VALIDITY AND TERMS OF USE

The gift card is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase and the expiry date is stated in writing on the gift card.

The gift card can be used for purchases of any amount; if the credit is not sufficient, you just need to pay the difference, while if the credit is higher, it can be used in several solutions until it is exhausted.

The gift card does not give rise to change, nor is it convertible into cash.

Gift cards are nominative and can be used by the holder of the gift card or by persons designated by them; in the latter case, it is not possible to print a new gift card with a different beneficiary.

The gift card cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.

The balance of the gift card can be checked at the point of sale where the gift card was issued.

After the expiry date, gift cards can no longer be used and will not entitle the holder to any refund of the remaining credit.

RETURNS

Pursuant to art. 52 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the Customer has a period of 14 days from the date of delivery of the physical or digital gift card to withdraw from the contract without having to provide any reason.

Gestione SPA s.n.c. accepts and guarantees the return of the physical or digital gift card by the purchaser exclusively for vouchers not yet delivered to the beneficiary of the gift. Gestione SPA s.n.c. will carry out the necessary checks to ascertain that the gift has not been delivered.

By purchasing a gift card, the purchaser accepts the above.

PRIVACY

Whoever purchases the gift card declares themselves responsible for the publication of their own name and that of the person to whom they are giving the gift. By purchasing the gift card, the purchaser implicitly accepts this condition.

COMPLAINTS AND JURISDICTION

For any complaints, write to the email address direzione@spamarine.it or contact the point of sale where the gift card was issued.

For any dispute relating to gift cards, Italian law will apply and the court of Ancona will have exclusive jurisdiction.
