It is possible to pay with ANY CARD on the Paypal platform, or with BANK TRANSFER.

Cards accepted: MASTERCARD, VISA, POSTPAY, MAESTRO, AMERICANEXPRESS, DISCOVER, AURA, PAYPAL. Inside the Paypal page you can use your account or create a new one by entering only an e-mail address, then will be possible to pay with cards

Bank Transfer costs to be payed by the buyer. Credit within 5 days from the order. The package will be sent after the payment has been verified.

As we receive your order, we send you an e-mail to confirm it, and all the details of your purchase: products you bought, payment, address and order number.

If an incorrect order is placed, within 1 hour from confirming the order on the E-Commerce page, you can contact us on the Contact page to request a modification of the order.

Long Distance Gifts

Due to travel restrictions it has become difficult to celebrate important events with loved ones. But now you can celebrate every important occasion even from afar: we will bring your gift to his home! For each purchase you can request the free surprise package by specifying it in the notes, and you can insert the address of the person to whom you want to send the gift, so the gift will be delivered directly to the recipient. Unfaithful, is not possible personalising the packaging, adding notes or writing cards or dedications.

Shipping costs

Italy and world

It is possible to view all the countries covered by the service, the costs and shipping times on the page immediately following the selection of the "proceed to purchase" button in the cart. Shipments are made with Bartolini for Italy and Europe and DHL for the rest of the world. 

ITALY: The shipping cost for Italy is € 16.50 fixed, regardless of the weight, size of the package and distance.

ABROAD: For the rest of the world the price varies depending on the country of arrival. To give examples, roughly, except for changes in companies, for Austria the cost is € 25.00, for Belgium it is € 28.00, for Switzerland it is € 40.00, for the USA it is € 45.00, for Japan it is € 54.00, for Australia is € 63.00.

Delivery time

Each order is tracked on the Bartolini or DHL website, and at the moment of shipment an email is sent to the customer with the link for tracking the package. The pack will be sent in 7 working days from the moment of the payment, then must be added the days for the delivery:

ITALY: For shipments in Italy, shipping times are between 1 and 5 working days from the time the package is sent. 

ABROAD: For shipments to the rest of the world, times vary depending on the country of arrival. Indicatively, except for problems of companies, for Austria, Belgium and France the shipping time is 3-5 working days from the day the pack is sent, for Switzerland and USA it is 5-7, for Japan it is 5-7, for Australia it is 7-10 days

Example: for a delivery to Australia you could receive your pack in a total of 17 days.
